Mr. Raahul Trivedi is one of the senior members of the Law Firm. He is supposed to be the main member of the Firm, a full-time practicing Advocate of the Supreme Court of India. Mr. Ashok Trivedi is a senior Lawyer of the Supreme Court and is the father of Mr. Raahul Trivedi. He is an expert in Criminal and Civil cases including service matter cases before High Court and Central Administrative Tribunal.
Apart from Supreme Court, he also regularly appears before Allahabad High Court and Gujarat High Court.

Justice Vinod Prasad was a Judge in Allahabad High Court and got retired as acting Chief Justice from Orissa High Court. He is a good criminal Lawyer of Delhi and a thorough gentle person. Our Firm has great respect for him.
Mr. Prabodh Kumar is a senior member of our Law firm. He is an Advocate-on-Record of Supreme Court and entire filing is done through him in Supreme Court. (It means his Vakalatnama is used for filing cases in Supreme Court.)
He is also a standing Counsel in Armed Force Tribunal (Principal Bench) New Delhi and has excellent command in all types of service matters. The most trust worthy AOR in the galleries of Supreme Court Mr. Prabodh Kumar is a full time AOR of our Firm and also has lots of cases. He has his good independant practice also & is a thorough gentleman.
Palak is one of our sincere team member. She has been a brilliant scholar in her law college days. She did her B.Sc., LL.B, LL.M from Mumbai University. Earlier she practiced before Bombay High Court in Civil and Criminal side, but later she shifted to New Delhi and joined our law firm. She is good in drafting and arguing cases in High Court and District Courts. Apart from it she served paralegal for U.S Supreme Court for real estate and probate matters for a U.S. Law firm. Palak is a very hardworking young energetic Lawyer.
Mr. Riyaan is a Advocate of High Court of Delhi and Tis Hazari Court. He is the lawyer of our firm who generally use to assist the Senior Lawyers of the office appearing in different matters. Also, he appears in the morning time in Supreme Court for mentioning matters and taking Passovers and remains in the Court till last hour until and unless all matters gets over. Mr. Riyaan is a very sensitive and very responsible lawyer of our Law Firm.
Mr. Manu is a very intelligent Lawyer of High Court. He continuous use to handle all types of cases of our law firm before Allahabad High Court. Whatever case arise from Uttar Pradesh for Allahabad High Court through our law firm is handled by Mr. Manu. He appears in all cases from petitioner or respondent side in High Court and DRT and CAT at Allahabad (Prayagraj)
Jasmine is an Advocate of our Law Firm who generally looks cases related to property and partition dispute in Gurugram court. She was a very bright scholar of Delhi University. Jasmine is quite good in all types of research work and also handles cases in consumer Forum and RERA Courts. She is an asset of our Law Firm, very dedicated and diligent in her work. The work assigned to her gets accomplished well in time.
Karanvir is a young energetic lawyer of our law firm who practices at Chandigarh High Court. Many of the Lawyers of District Courts of Punjab and Haryana who engages our Law Firm for their cases to file before Chandigarh High Court are handled by Karanvir who is regularly practicing at Chandigarh High Court. He is a very sincere in his work and also has good practice. Hard working and has good record of arguing criminal minor bails.
Mr. Vaibhav is expert in Tax matters especially in indirect taxes and company matters. From our Law Firm he regularly appears before Tribunals of Indirect Taxes, High Court and National Company Law Tribunal. All the Tax matters are Prima Facie handled by Mr. Vaibhav, then he discusses the case with other senior Partners of the Firm and finally a case is filed of a Taxation under the supervision of Mr. Vaibhav.
He also handles all types of commercial matters and is very good in commercial agreement drafting. One may find him in commercial courts of Delhi City. Mr. Vaibhav is also expert in Arbitration cases.
Rishabh is young and energetic lawyer who generally deals in NDPS cases filed by our law firm in Courts of Delhi. He is also looking before cheque bounce cases U/s 138 N.I. Act in District Court of Rouse Avenue and Saket District Court. Rishabh is also good in drafting Jail Petitions and assists all senior counsels of Supreme Court & High Court in the case preparation. He also appears before Registrar court in Supreme Court and Delhi High Court. Civil Suits (original side) for HIGH COURT is generally prepared by him.
Mr. Prashant is an Advocate of our law firm who is posted at Bombay High Court from our Law Firm to handle all sorts of cases which we file before Bombay High Court and other courts of Mumbai.
In our Law Firm we have continuous work from Bombay High Court and Mr. Prashant is posted at Mumbai to take care of all the initial filing work and appearing on miscellaneous dates.
Mr. Suneel is a very senior member of our Law Firm who is having extra ordinary command on Income Tax and all types of G.S.T. matters. Our Law Firm regularly files Income Tax Returns of so many big and small business enterprises. He is considered as Master of Income Tax Laws.

Mrs. Priti J. Joshi is again one of the experienced lady lawyer who is expert in all types of Matrimonial cases. She work for herself and for our Law Firm from Surat (Gujarat). Mr. Anil Ghorpade is the clerk who remains at Supreme Court and works with our law Firm for filing cases. Every petition is filed by him and all the defects in the petition are removed by him. He very well knows about functioning of registry of Supreme Court and is aware of latest circulars for filing and listing of cases. He works under the Head Clerk of our law firm.
The filing work of our entire cases before Delhi High Court is done by a Separate Expert Clerk known as Prahlad. He has an old experience of filing all types of cases before Delhi High Court. He is our full time employee of our Law Firm who only remain present at Delhi High Court only for all types of Misc. filing work.
